How do I care for my jewelry?
All of our Win Group Jewelry's Products are used Premium and High Quality materials that you just need to do some simple and basic care. Although Professional Cleaning are recommended as after as once a year. We offer all of our customers Free One Year Limited Warranty to do professional cleaning such as cleaning gemstones, restrining and repairing clasps and earrings backs.
For Gold and Platinum Jewelry
Between professional servicing, most gold and platinum jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewelry regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joinings are secure.
Avoid exposing gold jewelry to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly disintegrate.
Jewelry storage is important as well. At the time of purchase, all Win Group Jewelry is wrapped in a protective box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.
How can I get an item repaired?
We repair the items that only bought from us. We give all our items one year limited warranty. If your fixing is major, additional charges may be applied. Please follow the instructions to start the repair.

You will get confirmation and wait for our approval.
If your repair is approved, we will send you the Shipping Label
Put the complete Repair Request Form in the secure mailing package and ship it to us.

How long will it take to fix my jewelry? When will I get back?
It depends on how complicated the repair is but it usually takes 3-4 business days. After the jewelry is fixed, we will mail out back with USPS First Class Package it will take another 3-7 business days.
