Processing Times

• In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.

• Altered or Tailored Jewelry (e.g., engraving or resizing): Ships within 2–3 business days.

• Customized Jewelry: Processing time varies depending on complexity and may take 1–2 weeks.

Shipping Method

• We offer Free USPS First Class Shipping (Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days) on all U.S. domestic orders.

• All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you have an account with us, you can also view your tracking information in your order history.

Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Important Notes

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and confirmed to avoid any delays.

• Custom orders such as resizing, engraving, or other special requests require additional processing time.
